Rachael Farrington

Hello,

I’m currently Head of Tourism (Government) Affairs at the British Tourist Authority, having previously worked at E.ON UK. In 2017 I graduated with a first class honours degree in Politics and History from Brunel University London.

Six years ago I established Voting Counts, an organisation that helps young adults learn about elections and the importance of democratic engagement. This project has been recognised in awards from the Cabinet Office and UK Parliament. I have also appeared in national media to promote the project, including BBC, Channel 5, LBC, and the Guardian.

I have also been designing and creating simple websites for small businesses since the age of thirteen, helping many get their business online for the very first time.
